If you give us your phone number online, we will contact you by phone or text message only about purchases or registrations you have made, such as confirmations and reminders.

Consent to receive text messages. By providing your mobile number and opting in to text messaging, whether at the point of sale, during account creation, or by any other method we offer, you agree to receive text messages from Miles Nadal JCC at that number. Messages may include event and program updates, confirmations, and reminders related to your purchases or registrations. We do not use text messaging for marketing. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or membership.

Carriers and availability. Text messaging is available only on participating carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we do not guarantee that messages will be delivered or received in real time.

Accuracy. Please give us accurate contact information and keep it up to date. If your number changes or is reassigned, tell us so that messages do not reach someone else.

Ad Servers
We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
