About Lane & Rec Swim
Lane Swim
- Ideal for swimmers who want to train, build endurance, or improve technique. Swimming laps is a full-body workout and excellent for cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. A variety of times are available throughout the week for flexible scheduling.
- Lane Swim is for members or those who have purchased a day pass only
Rec Swim
- A friendly drop-in option for all ages. Perfect for families, casual swimmers, or anyone who wants a relaxed swim or water play.
- Please note: children in the water must be accompanied by a guardian (age 16+) to ensure everyone’s safety.
