The Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre (MNjcc) is a dynamic hub in downtown Toronto. We provide opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to be active, learn, connect and participate in a wide range of cultural experiences. Rooted in Jewish values, the MNjcc is open to all.

    The MNjcc is home to a 3,800 member state-of-the-art Fitness Centre, the Al Green Theatre, four schools, three choirs, a wide range of arts and cultural activities, Jewish Life programming, and a robust Seniors' program. It is a founding member of the Bloor Street Cultural Corridor, and the lead organizer of the annual Annex Family Festival.

    Reports to Manager of After School Program and Camp 

    Short Description of the Position:

    • If you love working with children then this job is for you. We are looking for committed and reliable people who are positive and love working with children. The Miles Nadal JCC After School Program provides age-appropriate, stimulating and safe activities for school-age children. Monday to Friday (Flexibility with days worked); 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm from September to June

    Starts Mid-January - Reports to Director of Information Systems


    Short Description of the Position:

    A full time job maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the technology systems at the MNjcc


    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining 75 Desktop computers, replacing/repairing/provisioning as necessary.
    • Working with Office 365 to create users, access groups, and make changes as staff change
    • Liaise with 3rd party contractors for cloud based software when problems arise.
    • Monitor in house Wi-Fi for outages and unauthorized usage.
    • Maintain Network Printers

    Secondary Responsibilities

    • Train staff on the usage of Microsoft Office, and other programs as needed
    • Act as a technician for projector and audio presentations.
    • Work with other departments to provide data entry/clean up in various databases.
