    Our state-of-the-art Phil Granovsky Fitness Centre includes:

    • dedicated cycling and free weight studios
    • Dave & Bea Silverstein Gymnasium with an indoor running track
    • more than 90 group exercise classes per week including Zumba, Pilates, Aquafit, Yoga, Group Power, Groove, and cycling, to name just a few
    • a team of highly trained instructors, nutritionists, and personal trainers
    • whirlpool, steam room and sauna in men's and women's locker rooms
    • fully accessible family and all-gender locker room with private changing stalls
    • speciality fitness programs including Krav Maga, Boxing, Rowing and more.

    The Freddie Shore Aquatic Centre is the only fully-accessible, heated, Saltwater Myrtha Pool® in downtown Toronto. We boast a variety of activities including:

    • dedicated lane(s) for lap swim
    • adult and child Red Cross swimming lessons
    • Aquafit (including Pre and Postnatal)
    • regular recreational swim and monthly Splash Parties 
    • Masters Swim Club
    • Swim Meets for youth
