Our Camp Staff

Camp staff with children: reading stories, watching waterfalls, playing on a bouncy ball

Our professionally trained, creative and caring staff are the best parts of camp. Our interview process includes background checks and personal and professional references. We also examine education, training, prior camp experience and ability and maturity to work with children in a face paced environment. All of our counselors are over the age of 18 years of age, are First Aid and CPR trained, kind and enthusiastic.

Our staff go through intensive orientation that teaches group dynamics, conflict resolution, peer relationships, self-esteem building, inclusion safety and creative programming. Throughout the camp session our staff have weekly meetings and evaluations.
