Our Group Exercise classes are FREE for members, and can be accessed with a Day Pass if you are not a Fitness Centre member. Types of yoga Classes include Ashtanga Yoga (Power Yoga), Yoga Flow, and Restorative Yoga.     Mindfulness practice does not have to stay on the meditation cushion only. In this program, you will explore present moment awareness (mindfulness) through movement, breathing and stillness. Learning to stay present with open and curious attention can help you shift from automatic wandering mind to calmness and mental clarity. This class is ideal for anyone who wants to learn the basic concept of mindfulness in an alternative way and want to manage stress better. Be prepared to feel lighter and relaxed at the end of each class.
