With a strong interest in alternative medicine, nutrition, sports, vinyasa yoga and manual therapies, Emmanuelle brings that same great passion into her new career and is dedicated to offer the best treatment possible to her clients through Swedish massage and associated techniques in order to help relieve the stress, tension and soft tissue pain they may experience and by the same token increase their body awareness, improve their own health and well-being. She intends to pursue a continuous education to learn new skills such as Indian Head massage, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology. Amy Liggett Amy Liggett

Amy Liggett graduated from Kikkawa College in 1989 and became registered as a massage therapist in Ontario that same year. After the birth of her second child in 1994 she took time to stay at home with her children and in 2012 re-entered the profession after refreshing her credentials.

Amy's clients are diverse in age and profession. They range from teenagers to the elderly and include athletes, business professionals, musicians, medical professionals, students, and stay at home moms. She is flexible in her approach to treatments and can provide both relaxation and focused treatments-oriented massage depending on the needs and request of the client.

Amy's passion for manual therapy began as a teenager and young adult when she received massage therapy for pain and discomfort related to intensive dance training and the postural strain associated with student life. Receiving massage therapy opened her eyes to the possibility of treating and resolving issues related to postural strain and muscle overuse with out pain killers or medical intervention. Over the years Amy has had the opportunity to help people rehabilitate from injuries and surgeries and she has grown to love helping people become more comfortable in their bodies on their journey to optimal health.
