    RobynWebRobyn Grant-Moran, RMT

    Robyn graduated from Sutherland Chan in 2004. She has experience working in both spa and clinical settings, as well as working onsite for touring musicians. Believing that everyone's experience is unique to them, Robyn implements treatment plans that reflect the therapeutic needs and goals of each individual person.     Ian Jarvie, RMT

    Ian graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2018. He has also been a yoga teacher and indoor cycling instructor at the Miles Nadal JCC for over five years. A member of the Cabbagetown Cycling Club, Ian is also a novice sailor and weekend stand-up paddleboarder. He speaks Spanish and his favorite getaway is Big Bend National Park in West Texas.

     

     

     

     

    Amy Liggett Amy Liggett, RMT 

    Amy Liggett graduated from Kikkawa College in 1989 and became registered as a massage therapist in Ontario that same year. After the birth of her second child in 1994 she took time to stay at home with her children and in 2012 re-entered the profession after refreshing her credentials.

    Amy's clients are diverse in age and profession. They range from teenagers to the elderly and include athletes, business professionals, musicians, medical professionals, students, and stay at home moms. She is flexible in her approach to treatments and can provide both relaxation and focused treatments-oriented massage depending on the needs and request of the client.

    Amy's passion for manual therapy began as a teenager and young adult when she received massage therapy for pain and discomfort related to intensive dance training and the postural strain associated with student life. Receiving massage therapy opened her eyes to the possibility of treating and resolving issues related to postural strain and muscle overuse with out pain killers or medical intervention. Over the years Amy has had the opportunity to help people rehabilitate from injuries and surgeries and she has grown to love helping people become more comfortable in their bodies on their journey to optimal health.

    Adele Rothman, RMT

    Adele is passionate about helping people on their healing journey. Having lived with migraines and muscular skeletal issues from an early age, Adele found relief with massage therapy and felt drawn to the profession so that she might share the benefits. Adele graduated from Sutherland-Chan school and Teaching clinic in 2008 and has a BSc in Biology from Trent University. With a focus on therapeutic massage and holistic approach to heath and wellness, Adele specializes in but is not limited to deep tissue, myofascial release and Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment (NISA). Adele believes in healing from within to properly maintain a healthy, functional body.
