    Tai Chi is an 800-year-old art that many generations have practiced to strengthen the body and cultivate a calm and centered mind. Our program provides hands-on guidance for the progression through the slow and mindful movements and techniques of this martial art. All classes are accessible and inclusive and no prior experience is required. The first class is available for a free trial.

    Qigong is an ancient Chinese self-care healing art that combines gentle movement, breath, meditation and visualization. It is designed to bring awareness to the subtler energy systems of the body, to balance the mind, and to awaken the spirit. Through this program, you will learn and experience: diaphragmatic breath work; feeling Qi (hands); self-acupressure to heal; guided meditation; basics of Qigong.
