Invitation for older adults aged 55+ to participate in Miles Nadal JCC Covid-19 Research Study

The Miles Nadal JCC has been awarded a grant to conduct a research study in partnership with Centennial College and we need your help!

We want to learn what it is like for you – an older adult/senior in our community – currently living through social isolation, how we can best connect with you and support you during our building closure, and how we can innovate to continue offering you engaging and impactful community programs.

This online survey will only take you 10-15 minutes to complete. As a thank you for participating, you will be entered in a draw for one of 10 x $50 gift certificates to Amazon.

Your responses are completely anonymous and confidential, and you will not receive any emails or follow up as a result of completing this survey.

Survey closes July 10th – click here to participate in the survey

If you have any questions about this research study or survey, please contact Lisa Roy, Manager of Adult Daytime Culture and Education, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

    Your participation is greatly appreciated!

    Movement and Dance with Shoshana

    Monday July 13
    10:30 - 11:00 am

Start your morning by awakening your body and moving to summer-themed music. Being in tune with how your body needs to move and increasing your repertoire of movements with others is healing and energizing. This is an opportunity to have fun and connect with other JCC community members. Choose a space in your home where you can place your computer or other devices and move freely, and wear loose comfortable clothing.
