    Krav Maga is a system of body-to-body fighting taught in the Israeli army that has been adopted by almost all the Special Units in the whole world. Krav Maga is adapted to civilians to teach them to defend themselves against any kind of assault. The techniques are simple and very effective and the practice of Krav Maga does not require exceptional physical fitness. On the contrary, it is designed for everyone. Many people think that the practice of a combat sport is not for everyone but when they discover Krav Maga, it changes their vision. Krav Maga brings confidence and a feeling of security.
