    Boxercise is a fun, challenging and safe exercise class based on the training techniques that boxers use to keep fit. The class involves no physical hitting of an opponent and it is open to all fitness levels. 

    Winter Session:

    Tuesdays, January 8 - March 12, 2019
    6:30 - 7:30 pm

    Fee per session: $144 Members / $180 General 
    3% CIF plus HST charges may apply

    Jonathan Bochner began boxing over 26 years ago at the Miles Nadal JCC under the guidance of the legendary MNJCC Coach, the late David Clairman. He went on to train with amateur and professional champions and Olympians, leading him to become a member of the Canadian National team for 5 consecutive years. During his 16 years of boxing he fought in over 172 matches winning many medals for Canada at major games and international tournaments.

    Now a Chartered Professional Coach, Jonathan is also a certified W.I.T.S. Personal Trainer and has recently been awarded the status of AIBA 1-Star Coach by the AIBA International Boxing Association, allowing him to coach internationally at all AIBA International Events. For over 20 years he has taught recreational and competitive boxing to both men and women of all ages including boxers, celebrities, individuals with special needs and youth at risk. His skill, dedication and passion for the sport are apparent to all who train with him.
