    (Previously known as Osteofit) Maintaining strong bones are an essential part of an active lifestyle. Studies have shown that the following elements of fitness will help improve the health of your bones and help prevent fall-related injuries. This program is designed to cater to older adults with osteopenia or osteoporosis. All of our instructors are older adult fitness specialists and some are BoneFit™ trained with Osteoporosis Canada.
    Focus areas in this fitness program are: gaining muscular strength to improve balance and overall body composition, improving cardiovascular health and muscular endurance through low-impact aerobic exercises.

    10-week Tuesdays Fee: $144 Members / $180 General

    15-week Thursdays Fee: $216 Members / $270 General

    3% CIF plus HST charges may apply 

    Note: For fall classes, there is an intermediate and advanced level being offered which take place at the same time but in different studios.
