YOU are an important part of our story. We need your support so that the story can continue. Membership and Program fees only fund a portion of activities at the JCC. Each year we depend on additional donations from individuals like you so that we can sustain our vision for a strong and vibrant community organization – with programs for everyone – regardless of financial status or circumstances.

From providing Early Childhood Education, Camps and After School Program scholarships, to hosting free community holiday celebrations, offering high-calibre music programs and purchasing new equipment for our Fitness Centre, we depend on contributions from our individual donors to keep our doors open and to make these life-enriching opportunities possible.

Let’s Make Waves - A Campaign to Build the MNjcc’s New Pool

The MNjcc’s pool and Freddie Shore Aquatic Centre has been one of the organization’s central meeting places for the past 60 years. Due to age, our pool is now in need of a major renovation and renewal. Beginning in April of 2016, we will be building a new pool to increase our capacity that will allow more children, families, seniors and those with physical and mental challenges to utilize our pool and our extensive programming. By upgrading our pool, we will be able to make our pool universally accessible, and by addressing the pool’s physical deficiencies, we will be creating a higher quality accessible infrastructure that will increase participation for structured swimming lessons, lifeguard and instructor training and seniors’ aquatic wellness programs, as well as lane swimming and creational swim time.

Please help us rejuvenate, revitalize and renew our pool
This is a wonderful time in the life of our Miles Nadal JCC. We have upgraded the gym, brought in state-of-the-art weight training equipment and now we will have a brand new pool. We are consistently renewing and upgrading the facility and our equipment for the benefit of our members and patrons.

There are many opportunities for individuals, families, corporations and foundations to support our pool campaign. By investing in the Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre you will be doing more than just helping to build our new pool, you will be paving the way for a vibrant future that will allow the next generation to enjoy and improve their fitness and health through swimming and aquatics.
