All classes are led by a certified Gravity trainer and are similar to a small group training session. A great way to get the personal training experience for a fraction of the cost!
Liz has had a passion for fitness for over 25 years. She demonstrates her desire to affect positive change in the lives of the people that she teaches. Delivering results is her promise to every participant in her Gravity class. Her goal, when teaching bodyweight training, is to promote movement for everyday life enjoyment. Liz enjoys sharing her love of fitness and health with everyone she meets. Drop in and join her in one of MNjcc’s many classes.

Gillian has been teaching Gravity classes at the MNjcc for over six years and is still excited by the dynamic and challenging full body workout it can provide. Gillian is a graduate of University of Guelph-Humber with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and is also a graduate of George Brown’s Fitness and Lifestyle Management program. She has experience working with clients of all levels and loves to help each person get the most out of each workout. Strength training is a foundation of healthy living and maintaining a healthy weight, and Gillian believes Gravity is a supportive and challenging environment to help get you there.

Stacey has worked with a wide range of demographics: children, youth, adult and aging populations. He has trained all kinds of youth sports teams as well as individual athletes and even police foundations students. Stacey specializes in developing core strength, functional movement, movement efficiency and sports specific training. His favourite method of training is kickboxing and High Intensity Interval Training because he loves maximizing results in a shorter time period.
