Drop-in Yoga Classes

A woman in Bow PoseWe offer several kinds of Yoga classes as part of our Group Exercise schedule. Our Group Exercise classes are FREE for members, and can be accessed with a Day Pass if you are not a Fitness Centre member. Types of yoga Classes include Ashtanga Yoga (Power Yoga), Yoga Flow, and Restorative Yoga.
