We offer several kinds of Yoga classes as part of our Group Exercise schedule. Our Group Exercise classes are FREE for members, and can be accessed with a Day Pass if you are not a Fitness Centre member. Types of yoga Classes include Ashtanga Yoga (Power Yoga), Yoga Flow, and Restorative Yoga. An introductory course designed for men to learn the basics of yoga and gently open up the body to build flexibility and strength. Through slow and mindful guidance, participants will explore movement with gentle poses designed to open up typically tight areas of the shoulders, chest, hips and hamstrings.
