Drop by our kitchen on Wednesday evenings and let’s share stories around eating well and living a healthy lifestyle. This facilitated discussion is free for all women in the community.

  • Holistic Nutritionist facilitated discussion with occasional local guest speakers

Starting on March 8 for 5 consecutive weeks, we will be offering a special wellness talks around nutrition – WRAP through Nutrition. This is a unique and innovative nutrition health program. The goal of this 5-week workshop is educating people about mental health and making healthier nutrition choices by learning about their emotional relationship with food.

Making healthier eating choices is not just about knowing the nutritional facts anymore. It is about creating a healthier relationship with food and learning to manage our overall wellness.

March 8 - April 5 2017: 5-Week Series, WRAP with Nutrition
