Intro to Tai Chi is an holistic physical exercise program with moving meditation. Tai Chi is an 800 year-old art that many generations have practiced to strengthen the body and cultivate a calm centered mind. Try this class and get the internal energy of "Chi" to flow better. All classes are accessible and inclusive for everyone and no prior experience is required. First class is available for a free trial.

Sifu Ali Siadatan is a 3rd generation student of Master Yang Cheng-Fu. He began studying Tai Chi Chuan in 1991. He was drawn deeper into the practice of Tai Chi as he benefited from a more meditative mind and improved health. After completing an instructors certification and being an assistant instructor he launched his own Tai Chi centre in 1999. After 17 years of professional instruction he is currently running a one of Canada’s largest Tai Chi institutes in Canada. Sifu has led hundreds individuals into the study of Tai Chi and he enjoys sharing the deep treasures of this ancient exercise with all those interested in learning.
