Intro to Tai Chi is an holistic physical exercise program with moving meditation. Tai Chi is an 800 year-old art that many generations have practiced to strengthen the body and cultivate a calm centered mind. Try this class and get the internal energy of "Chi" to flow better. All classes are accessible and inclusive for everyone and no prior experience is required. First class is available for a free trial.
