Designed by physiotherapists at Toronto Rehab, TIME is a safe, gentle, and fun exercise program for people experiencing balance and mobility challenges. TIME was developed for participants who have experienced stroke, brain injury, multiple sclerosis (MS) and other conditions including weakness after a hospital stay or an operation. (Previously known as Osteofit) Maintaining strong bones are an essential part of an active lifestyle. Studies have shown that the following elements of fitness will help improve the health of your bones and help prevent fall-related injuries. This program is designed to cater to older adults with osteopenia or osteoporosis. All of our instructors are older adult fitness specialists and some are BoneFit™ trained with Osteoporosis Canada.
Focus areas in this fitness program are: gaining muscular strength to improve balance and overall body composition, improving cardiovascular health and muscular endurance through low-impact aerobic exercises and increasing bone density through weight bearing exercises.

This inclusive fitness program is designed for people who want to learn to incorporate fitness into their lifestyle and manage diabetes better. This program will help improve your metabolism, gain strength and build endurance and learn practical lifestyle strategies.

Osteo-Circuit is an individualized, progressive and fun fitness program. It provides evidence-based assessments and supervised exercise for individuals with osteoporosis and/or other chronic conditions, and it is presented in four phases to help improve your bone health.
