Meet up in the playground where Jewish tradition meets your modern family! From generation to generation, our songful, soul-filled, and surprising celebrations invite everyone in your family to share their own spark. Our Groove festivals will nurture your family bonds and connect you with Jewish values through the feelings, sights, sounds, smells, and tastes of Shabbat and holidays.

Jewish Families at the J is an open, welcoming community for everyone who is curious about Jewish life. Our community proudly includes intermarried and LGBTQ families and people of all abilities.

Groove celebrations are co-produced with Paul Penna Downtown Jewish Day School, Downtown Jewish Community School, MNjcc Israeli Connection, Jack and Pat Kay Centre Camp, and Camp Gesher/Habonim Dror. We are proud to be part of the 92Y ShababaTM Network.
