Boxercise is a fun, challenging and safe exercise class based on the training techniques that boxers use to keep fit. The class involves no physical hitting of an opponent and it is open to all fitness levels.

Recognizing the physical and psychological benefits of boxing, through hard work and dedication she was awarded fighter of year at the world famous Sully's Boxing Gym. In addition to being a certified CANfitPro Personal Trainer, Michelle has been teaching women how to defend themselves and transforming their bodies for years in a fun motivating atmosphere. Her passion is to show women the sweet science of boxing and helping them unleash their inner warrior. You don't have to fight to train like a fighter, if it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you.
