Boxercise is a fun, challenging and safe exercise class based on the training techniques that boxers use to keep fit. The class involves no physical hitting of an opponent and it is open to all fitness levels. 

Spring Session:

Tuesdays, March 20 - May 22, 2018
Thursdays, March 22 - May 24, 2018
6:30 - 7:30 pm

Summer Session:

Tuesdays, June 26 - August 28, 2018
Thursdays, June 28 - August 30, 2018
6:30 - 7:30 pm

Fee per session: $128 Members / $160 General 
3% CIF plus HST charges may apply

Training with an Olympic master coach, Michelle Caneo is currently a highly competitive boxer and aspiring World champion. Recognizing the physical and psychological benefits of boxing, through hard work and dedication she was awarded fighter of year at the world famous Sully's Boxing Gym. In addition to being a certified CANfitPro Personal Trainer, Michelle has been teaching women how to defend themselves and transforming their bodies for years in a fun motivating atmosphere. Her passion is to show women the sweet science of boxing and helping them unleash their inner warrior. You don't have to fight to train like a fighter, if it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you.
