Gravity Training System

Women's Boxercise

Boxercise is a fun, challenging and safe exercise class based on the training techniques that boxers use to keep fit. The class involves no physical hitting of an opponent and it is open to all fitness levels.

We offer many High Intensity Group Exercise Classes! Some of our current classes:

Athletic Intervals
A combination of strength and cardio endurance intervals. Challenge yourself with some plyometrics. Low impact options are provided.

Ashtanga Yoga
A vigorous style of specific asanas (postures) sequenced to emphasize breath, strength, flexibility & endurance.

BODY H.I.I.T.
High Intensity Interval Training combining short bursts of cardiovascular and functional fitness exercises.
