Two one hour workouts for 6 weeks. On Wednesdays you'll do metabolic conditioning, on Sundays heavy/strength work. Plus, get a one hour Fitness Assessment, a 30 min Nutrition Consultation and a two day program on progressions and regressions.

Boxercise is a fun, challenging and safe exercise class based on the training techniques that boxers use to keep fit. The class involves no physical hitting of an opponent and it is open to all fitness levels.
