This is a 30 minute lunch hour boxing-kickboxing class that incinerates calories while building full body strength, speed and coordination. The class is made of fight combos and conditioning work. Your cardiovascular and central nervous systems will reach new performance highs. Train like a champ! Try it out for the month of February.

A cardio conditioning class done in the water.
This aquafit class emphasizes range of motion exercises. This is a great class for participants with conditions/ailments such as Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Fibromyalgia, etc. with zero impact on the joints in a safe, effective and enjoyable environment.
A combination of strength and cardio endurance intervals. Challenge yourself with some plyometrics. Low impact options are provided.
