Teen Bootcamp

Tuesdays and Thursdays
4:30 pm

A 45 minute drop-in fitness class for teen members, included in the Fitness Centre Membership fee. (Ages 12-17)

Abs Blast

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 6:30 pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 10:30 am

Condition your core muscles for free!
Fifteen minute core workout classes are offered throughout the week for Members. No reservation required for the class. (Ages 12+)

Group Exercise Classes

Aquafit
A cardio conditioning class done in the water.
Aquafit R.O.M.
This aquafit class emphasizes range of motion exercises. This is a great class for participants with conditions/ailments such as Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Fibromyalgia, etc. with zero impact on the joints in a safe, effective and enjoyable environment.
Athletic Intervals
A combination of strength and cardio endurance intervals. Challenge yourself with some plyometrics. Low impact options are provided.
