Jennifer found her groove and natural rhythm through Nia Dance. A Brown Belt Nia Instructor, Jennifer has been practicing Nia technique for 15 years and teaching for 9 years. Nia technique introduced Jennifer’s body to freedom, and taught her to love and respect herself more deeply and fully.
Jennifer’s dedication and passion for Nia Dance helps her create a welcoming environment in which she inspires students to jump right in and make the most of themselves. Jennifer's students say that she is a relaxed yet motivating teacher who gives clear instructions and is great at providing modifications for all fitness levels.
Jennifer also maintains a private Speech-Language Pathology practice working with adults recovering from brain injury, stroke and other neurological issues.
