The Wellness Department at the Miles Nadal JCC is committed to providing you with a holistic approach to your well-being and we believe that an individual’s wellness is not limited to general fitness. As an organization that strives for accessibility, inclusion and highest quality of programs and services that enrich people’s lives, our wellness department has designed programs with three pillars of values; Education for Empowerment, Awareness for Self-Growth and Community Engagement.

Our specialized yoga, fitness and nutrition programs encourage individuals to empower themselves through the experience of learning. Programs like 8-Week MBSR is designed to offer the opportunity of self-growth through the practice of mindfulness. In an effort to cultivating a culture of community engagement, we also provide programs such as Meditate It Forward, ONTrack and Wellness in the Kitchen. Our wellness programs are led by professionally certified instructors in the fitness and wellness industry and all programs are available to both members of the fitness centre and general members for a fee with a discounted rate for fitness centre members.
