Red Cross Swim Fit

(15+ Years)
This course is designed for more advanced swimmers who are looking to incorporate swimming into their regular exercise routine. Participants will be introduced to the language of competitive swimming, as well as the basics of set building and equipment use. Training is provided by one of our experienced coaches who can work with you to help achieve your swimming goals. Drop-in or monthly pricing available, and your first class is free! Pre-requisites: Must be able to swim front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke comfortably, as well as be able to swim stroke of choice 400 yards (16 lengths of our pool) continuously.

Red Cross Swim Basics

This course is designed for swimmers with little to no experience in the water. The goals for the program are to build swimming proficiency and develop comfort in the water through fundamental flotation, movement and breathing skills at a relaxed pace.

Red Cross Swim Strokes

This course is for intermediate swimmers. The goals for the program are to develop one or more swim strokes of the participants choice and to build endurance. Pre-requisites: Participants must be able to swim stroke of choice 50 yards (2 lengths of our pool) continuously and be comfortable alone in deep water.

MNjcc Masters Swim Club

For advanced swimmers looking for a challenge. Masters Swim offers a great workout and training provided by one of our experienced coaches who can work with you to help achieve your swimming goals. Drop-in or monthly pricing available, and your first class is free!
Pre-requisites: Must be able to swim confidently front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke as well as be able to swim stroke of choice 1.5 km continuously.
