Private Lessons

Swimming instructor and young student in waterOur private swim lessons are designed to improve swimming abilities through one-on-one instruction. Students of all ages have experienced success and expedited learning through private lessons.

Semi and Group Private Lessons

In addition to one-on-one private lessons, we provide semi private and group private lessons. Semi private lessons have a 1:2 students to instructor ratio, and group private lessons have a 1:3 or 4 students to instructor ratio. The Aquatics department at Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre does not match up participants for semi and group private lessons.

Personal Training

Young adult age 16 - 24*? Interested in the relationship of fitness to mental wellness? ONTrack is for you.

The Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre is proud to offer a first of its kind ONTrack Fitness and Wellness Program in partnership with Stella's Place. This program is generously funded by the Ontario Sport and Recreation Communities Fund of the Ministry of Tourism, Sport and Culture.

Youth WRAP Through Fitness

(Fitness class 1:00 - 2:00 pm, Break 2:00 - 2:30 pm, WRAP workshop 2:30-4:30 pm)

WRAP stands for Wellness Recovery Action Plan. WRAP through fitness program involves an fitness and wellness educational and planning process that is grounded in mental health recovery concepts such as hope, education, empowerment, self-advocacy, and interpersonal support and connection.This 8-Week program is delivered in partnership with Gerstein Crisis Centre & the MNjcc.
