A structured basketball learning experience for boys and girls that encourages team participation and personal development while improving players’ skills.
Groove School of Dance offers exciting and unique dance programming. Groove's focus on self esteem and creativity, rather than competition, is what keeps the company growing. The atmosphere at Groove is family-friendly, whether it be the homemade costumes or the warm, loving teachers who make sure each child feels like the individuals they are. Groove is also one of the first dance studios that encourages children with special needs. Jungle Gym gives young ones a place to run around in a safe but unstructured play space! Our everpopular jungle gym is expanding this year with more equipment, a new bouncy castle and plenty of fun theme days!

Open MMA incorporates traditional art forms with innovative techniques of modern day karate. The principles, technical aspects and psychological elements are based on the ancient art of hand-to-hand combat. Enroll at any time. Instructor: George Consiglio (Ages 4+)

Parents and caregivers can have a direct hand in a preschooler’s development through our range of Multi-Sport programs. Sportball Junior and Parent & Tot and Multi-sport programs teach children important introductory physical skills and help them develop confidence in their abilities.
