Small Group Strength Training 101

Performed correctly, strength training will help you to manage your weight, develop better bone strength, and enhance your quality of life. You will be introduced to new exercise techniques such as body weight
exercises, resistance tubing, free weights, and weight machines.

Balance Basics

Balance exercises can help you maintain your balance and your confidence. By focusing on the three types of balance training (static, dynamic, and functional), participants will be more solid on their feet.
